Seaview is a guard gated community in Newport Beach, California that is located near Fashion Island and the Big Canyon Country club. Built on the hillside, this neighborhood offers beautiful views of the city lights as well as the ocean and Catalina Island.

There are 199 homes in Seaview that feature five floor plans and go up to 2,700 square feet. There are three to four bedrooms and many homes have been upgraded and remodeled. Home Owners Association dues cover the community pool, spa, and tennis courts. All the streets have “Yacht” in their names and Seaview is just off San Miguel in the Eastbluff area.

The Newport Mesa Unified School District provides public education for Seaview with facilities like Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, Corona Del Mar High School, and Roy O. Anderson Elementary School. Families can also choose one of several private schools like Carden Hall, Newport Montessori School, St. Andrews Presbyterian Preschool, and Newport Christian School.
